كيف تلغي التسجيل عبر EmaraTax
Deregistration is filed on EmaraTax. First file every outstanding corporate-tax return, including a final return for the last period, and pay all corporate tax and penalties. Then submit the deregistration application on EmaraTax within 3 months of cessation. The FTA reviews and, once satisfied everything is settled, approves the deregistration and closes the tax registration.
