How to Appoint an Accredited Service Provider
Appointing an Accredited Service Provider is the first mandatory e-invoicing step, due by 30 October 2026 if your revenue is AED 50m or more. Confirm your revenue band to fix your deadline, shortlist only providers accredited under the Ministry of Finance framework, and test that the provider integrates with your accounting or ERP system. Sign early: the signature starts integration, not ends it, and you need the weeks before go-live to map data and run the pilot.

Frequently Asked Questions
For appointing a provider.
When must I appoint an ASP?
By 30 October 2026 if your annual revenue is AED 50m or more, and by 31 March 2027 if it is below AED 50m. The date depends on your revenue band, not a single national deadline.
How do I know a provider is accredited?
Check that the provider appears on the Ministry of Finance list of Accredited Service Providers. Selling e-invoicing software is not the same as being accredited to connect you to Peppol.
Does it need to work with my accounting system?
Yes. Confirm the ASP integrates with your ERP or accounting software and can map your existing invoice fields to the PINT AE format before you commit.
Should I wait until closer to the deadline?
No. Signing is the start of integration, not the finish. For wave one there are only about two months between the 30 October deadline and 1 January go-live, which is tight for data mapping and testing.
Can I switch ASP later?
Generally yes, but a mid-stream change costs you integration time. Choosing a provider that fits your ERP and support needs up front avoids re-doing the mapping work.
Can Exiloz shortlist a provider for us?
Yes. We match an accredited provider to your ERP and volume, run the selection, and manage onboarding so integration starts on time.
