To prepare tax filings, corporate structuring, and bookkeeping reviews, we collect statutory records such as Trade Licenses, Memorandum of Association (MOA), Tax Registration Numbers (TRN), financial statements, invoices, bank statements, and director credentials (passport/Emirates ID copies) only when required to process filings or audits.

C. Automatically Collected Technical Data:

When you browse our platform, we automatically collect basic traffic data including your IP address, browser type, device specifications, operating system, pages visited, session duration, and standard cookie preferences.

3. How and Why We Use Your Information

We process your data for clear, lawful purposes connected directly to business operations under UAE law:

  • To respond to inbound enquiries, prepare service quotations, and finalize scope details.
  • To compile and process mandatory corporate tax and VAT returns on the official Federal Tax Authority (FTA) EmaraTax portal under client authorization.
  • To deliver management accounting, bookkeeping, and audit preparation support.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Outlets

  • Authorized Employees: Our internally bound accountants, tax consultants, and consultants who require access to prepare your compliance records.
  • Government Authorities: The UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA), Ministry of Economy, or Dubai Economic Department (DED) only when instructed by the client, or legally mandated.
  • Secure Service Vendors: Cloud hosts, email delivery systems (such as Web3Forms), and data backup tools that support website operations under strict data privacy protocols.

International Transfer Disclaimer: Standard cloud utilities like email delivery APIs and servers may store and backup information on distributed secure data centers located outside the UAE. By submitting form data, you consent to these secure standard transfers.

5. Records Retention & Storage Timelines

We retain sensitive corporate ledgers and personal files only for as long as is necessary to satisfy professional, accounting, or legal requirements. Under Article 7 of the UAE Tax Procedures Law, businesses must retain accounting records and tax-related documents for a minimum of 5 years following the end of the tax period to which they relate (and 15 years for real estate files). We destroy records securely when this period has expired or when requested by the client, subject to legal limits.

We implement professional physical, administrative, and technical controls to safeguard your data. Access to documents is strictly compartmentalized. We prevent public exposure of client tax folders and ledgers, and secure our hosting environments from cyber threats.

  • The right to request rectification of inaccurate records.
  • The right to request deletion of your information, subject to mandatory UAE record-retention statutes.
